Flooring Inspection Conflict Charges Destructive Testing Contact Us

Charges:

Over the phone at no charge we will discuss your problem. Perhaps you do not have a case and it’s not worth paying the money and spending the time for the inspection.

Should you decide to go ahead we charge $300 for the visit however the $300 depends on the size of the job the location and what has to be done.

Please see: Inspection Part One.

Using specialized tools most times we can give an opinion in 60 minutes what is wrong who is at fault and how to fix the problem. It seems that in many cases the offending party knows its there fault and like MAGIC when informed by the inspector the problem gets solved.

If the offending party is at fault you now bill the offending party $200 and "if you wanted to" have the inspector inform the offending party to fix, replace or refund the money. Should the offending party not work with you it's important that you inform the offending party that you will charge them for any extra costs involved.

You may need a report for legal-insurance reasons. We would then follow the approved industry standards filling out approved reports and exact documentation

The list below shows some of the items you may need.

  • Description of complaint/problem
  • Job site description
  • Product description
  • Claim History
  • Detailed description of problem
  • Field and/or lab test results
  • Applicable industry and/or manufacturer standards
  • Conclusion based on collected data and field tests
  • Identification of responsible party - if requested
